The importance of the autonomy of the will of the parties was established (since the player is not a third party) and therefore the Court issued a historic ruling, because it determined that the waivers of the 20% enshrined in art. 30.3 of the AUF professional player statute (collective agreement) is a WAIVERABLE right, provided that the requirements established in art. 89.3 of the AUF General Regulations are met, and in full exercise of the autonomy of the will of the parties.
