Dr. Guillermo Rodríguez Capurro is an attorney specialized in sports law and FIFA regulations, with more than ten years of experience serving as Legal Manager of Club Nacional de Football.
He advises clubs, agents, players, and investors, combining legal and strategic insight within the sports and entertainment industry.
He provides legal support to investors in the acquisition and structuring of clubs in Uruguay, where the legal framework allows for Sports Corporations (Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas – SAD), integrating legal, regulatory, and strategic expertise.

Gonzalo Massa
Gonzalo Massa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and a Postgraduate Degree in Investment Portfolio Management. He is currently a candidate for a Master’s Degree in Finance at the University of Montevideo.
