Guillermo Rodríguez Capurro
Dr. Guillermo Rodríguez Capurro is an attorney specialized in sports law and FIFA regulations, with more than ten years of experience serving as Legal Manager of Club Nacional de Fútbol.
He advises clubs, agents, players, and investors, combining legal and strategic insight within the sports and entertainment industry.
He provides legal support to investors in the acquisition and structuring of clubs in Uruguay, where the legal framework allows for Sports Corporations (Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas – SAD), integrating legal, regulatory, and strategic expertise.
He also has experience in corporate structuring and international relocation, assisting foreign individuals and companies in establishing operations in Uruguay, providing comprehensive legal support and continuous follow-up throughout the entire process.
Gonzalo Massa
Gonzalo Massa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Summa Cum Laude honors from UDE and a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Investment Portfolio Management from the University of Montevideo, as well as a Financial Advisor license from Investors Trust®️.
His current professional focus is on providing comprehensive financial advice, encompassing: designing diversified investment portfolios to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term objectives; training and education on how to operate in financial markets and their investment platforms; risk management; and advising on the selection of investment vehicles with tax benefits, such as personalized retirement plans or indexed life insurance for asset and family protection, all within the framework of building long-term, trusting relationships.
For 10 years, he served as Treasurer of the Uruguayan Football Association, leading strategic projects in collaboration with FIFA, governments, and other federations. In this role, he was in charge of managing financial resources in large-scale events, such as the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, providing services and advice to Uruguayan and International Clients, as well as Corporate clients.
